Standard Fully Managed Service is 10% per month

HMO Fully Managed Service is 12% per month

The 2020 Latest News :

▣   Landlords and investors you must have a Landlords 5 Year electric certificate pass for all properties by June 1st . 2020.

▣   Move Housing will not rent out any property without a copy of the 5 years electrical cert issued to the tenant or on the renewal or start of tenancy as of June 1st. URGENT - Now is the time to start getting your Landlords electric certs done, if you have one done within the last 5 years, please forward to us a copy to [email protected]

▣   As of 1st April all property rated F or G on the EPC register will not to be allowed to be let. All property must be a E or Higher.
